best booster packs to create using gems? (in terms of value of cards vs gems spent)

Royal Quest is pretty damn nice, but the cards won't sell...
I've had a $7.50 drop from unpacking it after crafting it with gems from a trade, which is really amazing. Too bad there are only 8 other sellers so I probably will never manage to sell it at this price... :P

I'd tell, but then it wouldn't be as effective with everyone knowing my secret then... ;)
