Can't make giveaway for a profile restricted game

So a game called Nordlicht just got released yesterday and it's a pretty small game made by a small team and I wanted to make a giveaway for it so more people would hear about it and get the chance to give this wonderful game a try. But alas I can't find it in the game list. Is it because it's profile restricted?

looks like a nice game. theres plenty of other profile restricted games its probably just so new that you just need to contact support about adding it to the game list. with all the new games coming out it would be hard to have them all on the list

I assume the game is not in the database yet.
You can file a ticket under the category "Add Game to List" but it may take a while before it's going to be added.
