I've done a few but it's just not very convenient to have to list every single title that you're not interested in.

Scripts are love, scripts are life
There's a couple of them near what you're asking like Alpe's SteamGifts Steam Ratings and Daerphen's sgscripts. Last time I used a similar one(might have been Dae's, not sure) it significantly raised my loading times though, which is my best guess on why this is not actually a feature.

Things like genre and rating would be helpful. I'm tired of having to dig through piles of interactive stories and games with mixed-negative ratings. Anybody else agree?
