Can I gift a Region Restricted item?

Can I gift a Region Restricted Giveaway? I have a Steam game that is Region Restricted to SEA and would like to give it away. Since I read in some topics that users must be notified if a Giveaway is a ROW, should I just include it in description that the item is locked to SEA or I'm not allowed to post non-Global or non-ROW gifts? If there is a posted rule about this, kindly point me to the right info link. Thanks a lot!

  • Gifts should be region free, and available to all users.

You may however Trade the gift using - http://www.steamgifts.com/trades - So long as you state it is region locked.

However, if you still want to gift it, you could try GameMiner.net. They allow region-locked giveaways there.
