'Starts soon' means that they wait for something. Usually they launch the bundle pre-order after 24h if the thing they waited for doesn't turn up and include a coin then.

You've not missed out on anything. They taste cheap & artificial, and give the inside of your mouth the feeling of being coated in oil (and the feeling stays like that for a surprisingly long time)

It's outright horrible! I really don't understand what they are trying to accomplish announcing their Be Mine's so early and have people wait and wait and wait for it. It totally pisses me off. There are not even hints or a word from the officials why their "soon" takes an eternity. Meh :(
