Better safe than sorry. Buying from Cd-key retailers is not recommended unless you're extremely cheap, since most of them are not licensed retailers and even then they might sell you faulty and or region locked keys.

There are so many CD key reselling sites up now that you have to definitely be wary. Heard plenty of horror stories. Some are legit, but it's definitely a "caveat emptor" scenario. Some things are too good to be true.
