I honestly think, you're going to be level 7 in no time, considering you're doing GAs for these two heavyweights, along GTA V, The Witcher III and a non-bundle-train for the top-midsummer madness contributors :)
It always goes faster than one thinks (and then you hit the floor for realizing how much you've spent on gifts xD )

yep... usually happens, though it is also a "good" motivation to begin buying bundles and creating more GA's :) ...
about those slots... you can always use bundles to use up your slots and increase them quickly... e.g. buy a bundle and create 24h lvl4+ GA's ... when everyone mark as received, your slots will go up...
or, you can always send me the key and ask me to create a GA for you :)
