Well, Imagine the Steam Summer Sale's Grand Prize Giveaway being announced, and the first winner being... Gabe Newell. Wouldn't really seem fair.

If you want the game, just apply it to your account. Maybe when you have extra money you can buy another copy to give away or something. Or you could just give it away. But the two don't really mix.
