Hopefully they'll fix the netcode (PS3 version was so laggy). I'm also hoping for Injustice's netcode to be vastly improved (assuming they applied it back to MK instead of just porting the console version over).

As for a release date: anytime before EVO or around it.

Pc needs more Fighting games that are not just emulated and have good online capability.
