Bump!
It doesn't feel like Pride month with everything going on. Locally some students had their rainbow flags vandalized and spray painted with the message "Not in my town." In protest we put together a little Pride 2.0 event. About 80 people showed up (socially distanced and wearing masks) to show support. This is a small rural town, so that is a good number. A local business was selling rainbow cookies today for Pride so I bought some. Again, it's a small rural (conservative) town so it is surprising that any business show support. Pride month is almost over, but I hope all of you have had time to celebrate a little bit.

Hello everyone .
Its June, which is what many of you already know to be Pride Month. The title of the thread should have clued you in , that is if you know how to read.

For the uninformed and those who wish to learn more

June marks the beginning of a series of events that take place over the month ranging from MASSIVE PARADES to small informational kiosks. with people all around the world uniting in standing up for the LGBT+ community , no matter their nationality ,race ,age , or even sexuality. Well , due to Covid19 there has been some changes. Most events have been moved online , delayed , or out right cancelled.

i would like to think of this as a chance to be honest. some of you might be too scared of physically going to an event or you just dont have the means to do so. So checking out online events should be much easier and maybe even preferable to you.
