I made a GA yesterday for the game Payday and another one today for the game BEEP.
according to SG I gave away almost 35$ in games while my Real CV is just 5.25$ (according to sgtools).
The first game I gave away was indeed bundled (the game in question is Pac-Man CE DX+ included in the Humble BANDAI Namco Bundle), but the other 2 aren't (I can provide proof that the games were indeed sent via steam).
Is this a bug or did I do something wrong???

Steamgifts can't know whether the winner received a gift or a key, so all previously bundled games are labelled as bundled games regardless of where you bought it. Both Payday and BEEP have been bundled before and are considered bundled games.
Here is the list of games that have been bundled or had a 95% or more price discount: http://www.steamgifts.com/bundle-games
and a tool that will show you the actual cv value of your giveaways: http://www.sgtools.tk/

Beep

As for payday, don't know about that one, but I assume its because it was 90% off and was abused with RU/CIS prices.

Doesn't matter if you gave away gifts vs keys. SG cant verify it.

doesn't matter how you sent them if the games ar on bundle list. payday and beep is in there, so no full value - only 15%

So, what you guys are saying is once a game enters a bundle it will after that for all eternity give only 15% in CV ???
That's kind of a let down, oh well, what can ya do.

-75% midweek/weekend-sales games are safe-ish, you just need to make sure they weren't in Humble Bundles or Bundle Stars lately.

Week-long deals are quite often full of bundled games, so those require more research.

I might be misreading you, so I'll just comment that 90% in US quite often will bring Russian price to lower than 95%, which means bundle-list.

if we are going by that logic, sometimes 66% in EU is like 98% off in rubies, compared to base EU price. Does that mean all those games should get bundled as well ?

SG doesn't care about EU price, only US price is important.

But if 66% in US will cause -98% in Russia - game will be bundled. And only then. As, like I said, nobody cares about prices in EU. Or Australia.

All in all, if you're in US, EU or Australia, then when you see Steam selling something with -90%, most of the times Russian price will be so low it will be under -95%.
-75% usually will not go that low, Russian price with -75% will be around -90% in US.

Wut? When was 007 Legends bundled? It is long gone from the Store so how can it be that it was bundled on May 9, 2015?

Maybe a month ago or so. RU/CIS keys were given away, being bought cheap on some websites.

there's no rule about bundle. that's why. :)
any game can be bundled by any date by any reason, retroactively.

Then I don't feel bad for missing it :D I don't want to use VPN to play a game. I only activated RU games with ROW subID :D
