Question about Ride to Hell region

For some reason I just had to have this game. I've wanted it for a while to see how horrendous it really is, and since I've been playing GTA IV The Lost being a kool biker kat made me want this even more.

A long story short, I went and acquired a copy of it and after activating it see that it has a (Europe) tag. Is this version censored in any way, or is it the same as a ROW copy?

I believe it is the same but I am not 100% sure to be honest. Don't remember hearing anything about it being censored in anyway, but I may be wrong on this.

https://steamdb.info/app/209340/subs/ where did you get it from? it looks like all regions are being monitored, it's not like there's anything to censor anyway

I got it via trade. I just wanted to make sure it's not censored in any way. It looks like that link shows them all as the same thing?

This happened one other time when I traded for Far Cry 3 Deluxe Edition. It was listed as ROW but activated as RU+CIS. It activated fine on my account and it definitely doesn't seem to have anything cut about it.

wow you have to be careful with trades like that, there are a lot of russian versions that DONT activate outside of russia (use a vpn) or worse, dont let you play if you're outside of russia

I read somewhere that ROW is statred as Rest Of The World as an opisition to NA, North America. What I try to say: I think that ROW key itself is okay, as it's might be somehow universal, but maybe it change itself in certain regions.

I'm almost certain that I saw that info on some steam forum, but I can't recall which one, so I can't really support this info. Sorry ;/
