Received game deleted by Steam

I won a game 2m ago and today I received a message from steam saying that they have a problem with the payment, so the game is not in my account anymore. I already open a ticket.
But I find this very weird, it happen to someome too?

Two possibilities:

keys were acquired fraudulently with stolen cc credentials and then sold on a grey market site
developer went crazy and mass deleted game keys without any justifiable reason

both things happened to me in the past.

All their games are overpriced trash. I'd be surprised if anyone paid them. As for what to do, contact the GA creator and ask for replacement or delete the GA. If they don't answer, mark it as not received.

After one month your giveaway feedback is locked and you cannot change it yourself anymore. Only support can then change your giveaway feedback.
