Bump!

The problem with bump is their synchronicity. While the thread is up, many people see it and bump it. Only an hour without a bump and it's gone! No more bumps for it. We need a bump-button which is collecting bumps (one per person per day) and then posting them at regular intervals. In such way bumps can be evenly distributed prolonging the life of threads.
