Refunded Games

Because he may like the game, lie to support, refund it, and then try to win it here (just speculating, but it's one of the possibilities).

I don't want to. I have no reason to. I was just asking if it would be possible. Although I could see a couple possibilities where it would be needed, like, say, someone got to your account and refunded a couple games. Or you refund a game since it is in a not-completed state, and after it's completed or has more things in it you find it here.

There are reasons beyond not liking a game for requesting a refund. Additionally, maybe they felt the game is not worth X amount of dollars, but would have no issue with it if they had paid less or not at all.
