My friend gets reffered to another site when he tries to go on steamgifts

When ever my friend tries to enter steamgifts he get moved to a site called "M Power" and at the page address its "www.steamgifts.com"

he has no addon installed, he also tried to delete cookies.

any help is appriciated

Thank you, it was the hosts file, there was some ip over there, after he deleted it he could join steamgifts
