How to Claim:

Register or log in to - https://account.bhvr.com/ your free Behaviour account

Click on Game Library and then on the game itself

Link your Steam account

Click the button to copy your FREE Steam key

Open the Steam client, click on the “Games” menu, then select
“Activate a Product on Steam”

Paste your key and activate the game

This is why I have two steam accounts ... one for free giveaways and the other my main. In this case I used the key on my main, but you could also enable Family Sharing and play games between both.

you don't give them any steam data, the linking is to prevent mass abuse

you do however sell yourself for "trusted third parties like Google, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit" and their own newsletter, as it's mandatory to get a reward
