I personally don't use Steamtrades, but I can tell you that I've seen that sort of thing several times before. It's usually a sign that either your internet is super slow for some reason (easily detected by trying a couple other sites), or the site is being overwhelmed (usually, just a lot of people logging on at the same time, possibly because of a new deal that just came out, but it could also be a ddos attack). Essentially, your browser just grabbed whatever it could before it timed out. Most of the time when this happens, wait a few minutes and refresh, and it'll go away.
