Try asking them to upgrade your order to Tier 2. They are selling you more so it should be in their interest.

edit: one thing i can confirm is you can give them more money without gaining an extra bundle (forget to check the gift box during happy hour) -- so i would think if that is possible then it would be for upgrading tier purposes.

well i started a support ticket for a refund, maybe they will request it with a answer what is possible
