Looking for freeware games to play with girlfriend online/hamachi

I'm coming to ask u guys for help. I wanna find and play with gf any indie freeware. A years ago it was easy to find sites and games for free shared by people everywhere, today i'm lost in google. Every time i wanna find site or freeware games i'm getting sites with top list of free games, including (mostly) only huge games released in last 3-4 years like WoT, TF2 or many MMORPGs. This is not what i wan't. Buying small bundles double to play one crappy game is not worth too.
I'm looking for small games, what weights like max. 500~MB. They must have option to play online (or at least LAN to play it through hamachi). Exclude MMO games (eventually if they are small and stupidly funny), RPG, strategy, RTS. Just something to not want from us thinking how to play.
It would be nice if someone send some titles, ideas or sites where i can find them. And no, not Steam. Finding free indie games on it with multi is frustrating.

What we played: Toribash, Seal Hunter aaaaand... that's it, I don't have ideas about other games :/

How about Unturned? Its a pretty enjoyable free game that plays online.

Why the 100MB limit? There are plenty of good free games on steam but they require some space.

Yeah, but downloading every huge game and deleting it a bit later if we don't play it is annoying. But i change to maybe hmmm... 500MB max.

NON-thinking freeware co-op games? That's.. rather a narrow niche.
My usual easy freeware co-op recommendation is Card Hunter, but that doesn't seem likely to fit your criteria.

Unfortunately, nothing else comes to mind, so I'll have to stick with that recommendation regardless.:X

You can always browse Kongregate.com, see what games you find on there. There are a few that are multiplayer.

I never liked hedgewars, but i'm thinking about getting Worms Armageddon or reloaded :P

Exclude RPG, strategy, RTS. Just something to not want from us thinking how to play.

Man that narrows the field a lot.Try Abandonia, they have literally hundreds if not thousands of classic games and even list categories including Multiplayer types
