Problem with a giveaway.

So I made a giveaway and then requested new winner (winner already bought the game after entering) so he won and I asked for a re roll,it was approved but when the new winner was chosen I gave him and he marked as received but my value didn't rise,what do I do in one of these cases and did this happen to anybody else?

These games have been in a bundle and special rules apply to their contributor value.

The first 25$ of bundle games are counted as non-bundle. Value above that is only added to a maximum of 20% of your non-bundle contribution.
That means you can only reach a contribution of 30$ with bundle games alone (25$ + (20%*25$)).

Formula:

adjustedbundlevalue = bundlevalue - Min( bundlevalue , 25$ )
adjustednonbundlevalue = nonbundlevalue + Min( bundlevalue , 25$ )

contribution = adjustednonbundlevalue + Min( adjustedbundlevalue , adjustednonbundlevalue * 20% )
