It’s concerning to see “Star Racer”, and also “Star Racer Early Access”.
Are they trying to sell two different products, or have they just abandoned the game?

That was the old price and instead of increasing the price after coming out of EA they made a new version that was cheaper.

Those that already bought it at a higher price will get compensated with a free soundtrack once it gets out.

I paid 11,83 in the summer sale, overall it still isn't a bad price if you like these kind of games, even though i don't really care about soundtracks much.
