It happens when steamgifts do autosync while steam is offline or malfunctioning xD
Try resync manually later.

Aw fish it happens every now and then. Multiple threads about it I see someone had the problem last month also. I believe I've only had it happen once which is a nightmare as you know that's how I enter my stuff.
Did the sync work in the end, or do are you gonna have to wait however long for it to finally start working

This shows "no giveaways found" when earlier today there were a lot (30 or so) giveaways that ran from today to various points over the next several weeks.
Update: thanks for the suggestions and comments! I resynced a few times and it suddenly started working again!
