Hello! First of all, thank you all for any help, because this is somewhat important.

Will someone from Spain or France (preferably Spain) tell me about the mobile operators there. I'm looking for a prepaid plan with 0 euro monthly fees and cheap calls to eastern Europe (specifically my country - Bulgaria).
Another thing I'm interested is the fees that apply when you use your phone outside the country you got the plan from. ( for example if you got the plan from Spain, what fees will apply if you go to, let's say, Belgium and call to Bulgaria from there)

I've tried to research this from here, but I can't speak spanish or french and most of the operators sites don't have an english version.
If you're wondering why I'm asking this, my father is working in Spain and when he calls home from his bulgarian card, the prices are unbearable.

Thanks again, have a gib as a token of my gratitude.

I'm from Spain and use pepephone, calls free and 1 Gb (3G) for 6 €/month.
In case of international calls, all the operators are expensive :(
You can exactly know the cost of an international call here: http://www.pepephone.com/movil/tarifas/internacionales
Sorry for my bad english and poor help

Thanks for helping me!
Can you explain to me what exactly is written here (at "Tarifa solo voz Prepago"). As far as I understand, this is a nice offer, but I can't trust google translate. It's a mobile plan, right? Are there any catches? Can you find me the fees per minute to my country?
EDIT:
Also, welcome to the site!

Yes, it's a mobile plan. Solo voz = only calls, no data or 3G and prepago is prepaid :-)
BUT here are the fees:
(Calling from Spain)
Si llamas desde España Coste establecimiento 48.40 cent. (Stablishment?)
Coste por minuto 0.54 € (each min. cost 0.54 €)
Precio del SMS Enviados 60.50 cent. (Send a SMS to Bulgary)
Tarifas con IVA Incluido.

The only One that could use in Europe for free (no special fees) is Vodafone (also known as O2 in Europe). Have a look. (P.S. run away of Movistar)
