(Pool) What do you think about stock gifts?

Like the description said is keeping a gift for a long period of time worth it or not?
Like for myself I kept my ROW stock gifts few month ago before steam have imposed a trade restriction on my country. So this may be my first and last or not the last giveaway I can do unless if steamgifts make regional giveaway possible.
