Can't create a giveaway.

Hi guys, I'm trying to create a group giveaway, but every time I put in all the info it tells me 'Giveaway must start after the current time.'

I tried updating it with the 'Now' option (although that didn't change anything) and I tried bumping it up by half an hour but it just keeps saying the same thing. Am I doing something different than all the other times when I never had a problem?

I tried searching the forums for a similiar thread but couldn't find anything.

Actually as I was typing this it occurs to me, didn't daylight savings start/end (I forget) in NA today? Could that be interfering?
