If you contact him and he doesnt respond, submit a support ticket to get it manually checked received. Also be sure check to see if the guy activated the game at all.

if it was a humble key there are ways you can Google it but send him an email and ask if it's not humble type in the code to add to library and if it didn't say used the cancel and give it to me... jk make another give away

Try to contact them. If that doesn't work and you notice it on his account then you can probably contact support about it.

So, about two weeks ago I made a giveaway for Spec Ops: The Line and I thought I did everything right, I made the giveaway, I sent the game through email to the guy who won, but I don't know if he claimed the gift, or if he didn't get it or what because he never marked it as received or not received. I thought that he might of had the wrong email address, but he never contacted me or said that it was not received. can I do anything about this or should I just ignore this?
