Because there's much more to a thread than a pretty chart.
It means having to update it dozens of times.
It means having to do all sorts of manual things that the script isn't able to do. (packs
It means investing time into looking for all sort of adjacent details like: can it be given away? does it give CV value? is it on Steamground/DIG (sometimes)? do we have group buys for it? etc.
It means waking up in the middle of the night to update it when the preorder ends and it goes live.
It means compiling all the hell of humble region locks into something at least informative.
It means formatting it to be consistent with all other threads.
It means making a poll for everyone to have fun with.
And how many of the people that would use the tool are motivated enough to dedicate themselves like that for the benefit of the community?
If you look at the sheer amount of work invested by Rachel, Devotee, BrainKiller, Mille, GodFeelling, InquisitorAles... you'll see that the main requirement for making and maintaining these is dedication.

When I did that I just kept finding other chart scripts and the rachart enhancer one. So it might surprise you, but google results are not universal.
I also didn't know it was Sigh's so I didn't try browsing his github...

The only T1 game I care is Lakeview Cabin Collection, and I already own it.
It's a good BTA for Alien Isolation (awesome game) but... I already own it as well.
