well, at first soooo much pokemon and dragon ball xD at forst it's visible that you prefer shounen ;P but there are pretty few decent titles on your list ;)
it's hard to recommend you something not knowing, what scores you would actually put to each anime, but form your plan to watch list, I can with pure heart reccomend few ones:
Black Lagoon - if you're into gun-concentrated, not sword/magic/fist action. but keep in mind it's a little more serious title - sure, there is humour, a lot of it, but generally for older audience than most of shounen, which are most of your list ;)
Chobits - if you're into mild ecchi, not vulgar-panties-straight-in-your-face, but more subtle, yet also very heart-warming :)
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - if you liked 1st FMA (or first half od it actually) ITS A MUST! Everything is so much better - no BS story this time, as everything is based on manga from A to Z, Absolutely phenomenal animation, such a great music... generally all good things from FMA multipled 10 times ;P
Hellsing Ultimate - same as with FMA:B - soooo much better, again better story, as fully based on manga, great animation etc. Only annoying part is chibi-comedy scenes now and then, but rest is great ;)

Pokemon was from a while back, haven't watched it in ages as it got repetitive, though I have a habit of wanting to finish anime (or things in general) that I start. Same goes for Dragon Ball, though from DB to DBZ I enjoyed them.

I've heard Black Lagoon was really good.
Chobits is a bit odd I don't mind it and as I've started it I will be finishing it.
I didn't find FMA that amazing though that was a long time ago, that's why I've been delaying watching FMA:B
as for Hellsing Ultimate I've been waiting until it's completely dubbed to watch it all xD
I have to add - one of my favorite anime is One Piece though
