I've refreshed it in 2 different windows once a few seconds before and once perfectly on time, it loaded for about 20sec on both and they were gone...that's just awesome xD

Site crashed at xx:58 for about 40 seconds, slow as hell thereafter. Even opening exactly on the hour though, nothing. Again.
50 keys an hour is asking for trouble. Said it once, said it again.

Don't give up, just reload once more; when I got mine it showed that message for me too, but after another refresh the blue "redeem your key" button was there.

Basically the first few hours after Early Access was made available they kept servers down so people would over-step the 2 hour limit.

Granted this may be/is hearsay.
