As the group name says 3 TF2 weapons are equivallent to one entry. You need entries to participate in the giveaways, and you to enter all giveaways. So if you give 9 weapons you are eligible for the next 3 giveaways.

It's against the rules.

I got a two questions. First, what if I have more than 250 games some time after joining the group? Second, what if I don't have a gameminer.ru account?

Seriously? You have to give TF2 items to enter giveaways? LOL. Well at least you've been creative than all the other private leecher groups I suppose. I'll give you that.
