TERA Rising - Giftable copy ?

As we all know, TERA rising has been promissed to steam for ages by now.

However there are still some people who has giftable copies laying around so please if you know anyone who does let me know asap as i am looking for 1-2 copies of the game ^_^

Will even toss in a finders fee ^_^
