Don't worry I had my fair share of weird dreams :) Once I dreamt I was in Switzerland, there were USSR propaganda billboards everywhere, and roads were all one-way with tanks coming from the other side lol. So I guess it's just a matter of time that I dream about strange stuff again, but those druid footballers were something else :D

Cool, we can say you dreamed of a fake documentary :D
My dreams are stupid stuff. For example, I had a new dream last night and I was on an adventure with other people (friends?) to unravel a mystery. But I was very strange, I was halfway between Indiana Jones and Jack Sparrow, with his strange movements. At one point my friends were kidnapped and I had to rescue them, so I ran like Jack Sparrow does, in a funny way, went to the kidnappers, knocked down three, a fourth really big one pops out, punches me in the eye...and I wake up lol
But I really wanted to continue the dream xD

Hi Zarddin!
Cool! The criminals will not have seen you coming.
When I was younger I used to play “Blood Omen 2” for PC almost every day and one night I had dreams of going around sucking people's blood. The real problem was the next morning when I had to go to school and I still didn't know who I was: "Am I a vampire or a human being?" lol

When I got my first game it was Baldur's Gate and I played it for 48 hours straight - then I slept and in my dreams I was still playing this and doing quests so after waking up I didn't know what quests I did and what I didn't and what weapons and armors my team should have :D

I have the curse of remembering most of my dreams. I can even classify them in types. One of them is what I call "movie" dreams.
Once I was Superman and saved the universe when my friends couldn't do a thing.
Once I was James Bond and I wouldn't abide to their rules even if they put me in an indoctrination camp.
Once I was Spartacus in a sci-fi hi-tech futuristic megalopolis dystopia, and freed all the slaves.
Once I was in something like Carlito's Way, I was Al Pacino and I was fully betrayed.
And so on...
No druids tho, specially no druid mysteries. And never soccer.

Hi JMM72!
If you can remember your dreams, then you have an incredible "curse".
I too have dreamed of stories that look like films, more of a dramatic and introspective genre, very complex, whose people have a very thick personality.
Once I dreamed of a kind of interview: I was in front of Einstein and he was telling me about his latest research with theorems and formulas...unfortunately I don't remember any of this: what if it was something related to the Multiverse? By now I'd be the richest man alive xD

Remembering your dreams, when you don't wake up in the middle of them, can be a sign/symptom of something wrong mentally or emotionally; stress, crises, worries, etc. can affect that.
Also, it's a curse because many of my dreams are dancing on that fine line betwen "disturbing dream" and "nightmare". So while I do have nice dreams that make me wake up feeling great, I'd rather prefer to not remember any dream ever again.
In my whole life I've only had a short period of some months where I had a hard time remembering any dream at all most nights.

Ok JMM72, I think I understand now what you wanted to tell me. In this case it can only be frustrating.
I can't know exactly what you go through because I've never tried it but I can imagine. As you said, there are various factors that lead to this situation and I'm sure you have tried or are trying various solutions. Anyway, if you need to talk about it, I'm here. We are a community after all ;)

Yesterday I also had a "movie dream" -- well, a Netflix series dream, really.
It was an episode of "The Sandman". I was watching it from Morpheus' point-of-view (never felt I was him, I guess). Lucifer (Gwendoline's version) had decided to invite all the Endless for a family reunion, including the twins (remember them, one with purple hair and another with blue hair? Yeah, did not think so). The weird thing is that Lucifer's head had two faces back-to-back, and I was watching her from the side. So when one character gave her relatively bad news, the front face would smile and say "That's ok, dear, I am not really upset", while the back face would groan in disgust, hidden from her interlocutor. It was creepy.

Hi Thexder!
I confess that I had shivers down my spine. I've never seen “The Sandman” series but it's been on my list since day one. However, if one day I had to dream of a TV series I would like it to be something related to Breaking Bad or Peaky Blinders. A little action to stretch legs doesn't hurt ;)

Cool dream, last dream I can remember having I was in a house I didn't recognize with a girl that claimed to be my wife and I suspected wasn't exactly sane, but she gave me a room of my own with nice furniture and decoration plus a private bathroom so I was actually fine with the situation. I think that was a couple of days ago, but after I woke up and got over how weird the whole thing was I realized that would be a decent set up for a escape the roomhouse game :P
Bump!

I often have very intense nightmares. It's become so frequent that I developed the ability to wake myself up. When it all becomes too much, I realize that what's going on isn't real, and I can tell myself to wake up by shaking my head violently. The headshaking also carries over to the real world. I'm also prone to kicking and punching HARD into the wall beside me. Fingers and toes have been severely hurt 🤣
Freaky stuff 😑👍
I'll take a druid football dream any day.. Or well, night.

Hi LeonFowl. Really? For sure you have developed an incredible skill. Sure, punching the wall hurts but at least you wake up.
I, on the other hand, am not able to interrupt a dream. The only way is to get caught or hit by someone, or voluntarily throw myself down the stairs (always in the dream, I mean :P), otherwise there's no way xD

Well, what to say? This is my dream or, at least, what I dreamed last night.
To be a traveler and visit so many places, free from the shackles of society and without worries...really nice head trip. The problem was that group of druids who incessantly asked me to play football with them, but not in a sporting way. These druids...all the same, with their rituals and so on...who knows what they would have done to me if I had accepted the challenge...instead I preferred to travel.
Anyway, that was a dream, I suppose. You see, right? I hope you will judge me with eyes of understanding and that you will go beyond my words, even if dreaming of druids is not so common...but I'm not crazy. Well, maybe just a bit, because in my dream I was traveling in reverse. Sometimes, to move forward, you have to start from behind.
Anyway, thanks for reading these few lines. I hope your dreams are better than mine (it doesn't take much at this point) xD
