If I win a game, can I start a giveaway?

Can I start a giveaway if I win a game as key ? What if the creater uses the key he gave me before I give it to someone ?

you hve to use it by all means, you cannot put it in a giveaway, also, if the key is dupped you have to report him

In fact, you will be surprised what people notice. People who didn't win your giveaway will report you after one week if you fail to deliver the game you promised. Reading the FAQ will help you avoid all kinds of unpleasantness.

You're meant to activate Fortix on your own Steam account and then buy a Fortix gift to giveaway, not give away the copy you won.

I never won and gave anything, so I'm following the rules :). I just asked because there is some tradition here of gifting away fortix

Aye but the idea with Fortix is to buy a new copy so one can gift it forward. Won copy must still be activated.

If you win a game you have to activate it or tell them to re-roll it because you wont.

Its one of the rules.
