HmHm...
It is a good idea to take a screenshot of the Steam message when the key is invalidated and report it to SG support.
At the very least, this will prevent it from being misunderstood as a penalty by SG.
Also, if a bunch of keys got deleted, it might be something the devs did, so if there's a lot of comments here, you might want to check out the Steam forum to see if anyone else had their keys expire.

I've already been through this. You'll need to provide an uncut screenshot from the Steam Support subpage "Not in my library" in English for Australian trip (https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGameIssue/?appid=757870&issueid=101) and they'll switch the feedback response to "No" to avoid having an "Not activated" win marked in SG Tools which could result in blacklisting. In general the best support ticket type would be to switch the response (SG will suggest that when you try to click the greyed out "No" response).

Just to be clear, we do not change the feedback so users could avoid being blacklisted by others, we change the feedback because it is part of our rules:
Winners will need to correctly mark their gift as received or not received within one week of the gift being marked as sent by the giveaway creator. It is also necessary to keep this feedback up-to-date if the status of the gift changes.
If a win is revoked, that means the user will get flagged for an unactivated win and this in turn will lead to a suspension for that violation. So us handling the change of feedback is helping the user avoid a suspension for not having a game they've previously marked as "Received." Every user's responsibility is to ensure their won games can be found on their account at all times. If a win is revoked, they will need to act on the situation to either reacquire the game (buy it or ask giveaway creator to supply new copy), see if the creator would delete the giveaway, or mark the giveaway as "Not Received." If changing feedback is no longer possible on their own, they will need to contact us to have the feedback adjusted and this way their account will remain in good standing.

Every time a game is revoked by Steam Support, you should (for the giveaway creator):
Take a screenshot of the warning message.
Post in the giveaway page explaining the issue.
Mark the giveaway as "not received". (If the feedback is locked, you should submit a ticket in this category providing the screenshot of the warning message.)
Comment on the giveaway to inform its creator about the issue.
Please do as follows (for us to be able to help you with this):
Click on Help in your Steam client, then on Steam Support
Select the missing game as the product you need help with
Click on It is not in my library
URL = https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGameIssue/?appid=GAME_ID&issueid=101
Either use the URL provided above and replace GAME_ID with that of the gift or temporarily change your Steam client's language to English so all staff members are able to read what the screenshot says.
Provide an uncut screenshot of that page. You could upload it on imgur, then post the link here.
In addition to that (not as the sole solution) - if you would be ok with it - you could allow the giveaway creator to get the giveaway deleted by commenting on the giveaway and saying so.

REVOKET REASON!!! DEVELOPER!!!
These keys were stolen by a scammer who volunteered to help me with setting up the page, a long time ago. Recently, this scammer allegedly wanted to help me again with taking away my rights. I started checking the data and saw that many keys were stolen. I thought - why does no one buy the game ... I was a young developer. Because of all these moments, I decided to make the game free and revoke all the stolen keys. Yes, it may not be pleasant, but it was very painful and unpleasant for me to see the scammer's actions ...
It's a pity that this is happening and can happen to anyone. i'm wants to trust people at least a little.... Don't worry, the game will be free soon and you will be able to add it to your libraries again.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi community,
a game I've won a long while ago has just been revoked from my account. It's called Australian trip.
Not sure what to do now, I've posted a ticket to support under "Other", but is there anything else I need to do? Giveaway creator was icaio, so can't contact him ;___;
