I highly doubt it'd be allowed as a new user, since it'll likely be automatically flagged as a high-risk item. Even though G2A claims the status can be revoked if the key proven legitimate, it's just rhetoric, and their copy pasta support team will just tell you to sell items at that are of lower risk of being fraud and to "learn the ropes" first. It's in their best interests, but really, it's just an aggravatingly misleading system.

If thats the case I can tell you from experience that it has no affect what your "normal" storepage is. I traveled a bit last year and bought games in Singapur, Thailand, New Zealand and Dubai for the local price on steam. Since I will be in Mexico for six months I probably have time to test it there aswell :D

Oh, the memories.. We used to play bomberman a lot ^^ Even on PC when games were rather evolved we would still play Bomberman on 1 keyboard.
