Thanks! Emailing them now. It's been on my phone since yesterday and today on my desktop, which has a clean install of Windows due to my OS shitting the bed yesterday. Might be that my account glitched? Hopefully support can help.

I believe most email clients have a way to block a sender completely. Marking everything as spam could work too, but since spam filters can fail sometimes, blocking the sender entirely would be the best bet. Is anyone else unable to log in to Alienware Arena? I have 2FA enabled and any time I follow the link from my email or copy the code and each time it just loops me back to the login page, which then again asks for my 2FA, which fails. 2FA emails are taking longer to arrive than previously, if that makes any difference. Can't post on the Alienware forums since I cant actually log in to Alienware. Looking for where I can email them directly but I figure its worth seeing if other people are having the same issue.
