Help - contributor ?

Hi,

I donated 3 games (15 + 15 + 8 dollars). their price is approximately 38 dollars (+ / - a few cents), but my value is, just, 30 dollars

The * behind their names means these games have been in a bundle or were given away for free in large numbers and special rules apply to their contributor value.

The first $25 of bundle games are counted as non-bundle. Value above that is only added to a maximum of 20% of your non-bundle contribution.
That means you can only reach a contribution of $30 with bundle games alone ($25 + (20% * $25)).

Formula:

adjustedbundlevalue = bundlevalue - Min( bundlevalue , $25 )
adjustednonbundlevalue = nonbundlevalue + Min( bundlevalue , $25 )

contribution = adjustednonbundlevalue + Min( adjustedbundlevalue , adjustednonbundlevalue * 20% )

i'll be dipped... you explained that perfectly I didn't realize it worked like that
this is already in place and there's a thread with 3 VERY FULL pages of argument about contributor value..? LMAOFF

that's all that needs to be done to fix the "problem" and it's already implemented - my love for this site just went way up - that's a fine method and anyone that still feels cheated by it probably should either use it to their own best advantage or use GoDaddy - too damn funny
