Grid 2 could possibly be a package that contains DLC's that the person who tries the key might not own, then im pretty sure it would activate..
So dunno really!

Not if they got it in a bundle, DLCs were always released separately, and at higher tiers.

I have all the DLC though [from a sg win :D], if that's a concern. :)
