If it has any requirements, then you can't actually link it here, which was done because people kept posting ref filled Gleam 'giveaways' of the 'free a million times' games. People can still alert others, but no links unless the entry is no more than 'Click here for key'.

Login and e-mail is fine, since that doesn't have a marketing or financial benefit to the creators of the promotion- put another way, it's basic site account creation, rather than tacked-on marketing elements. The issue is when they make you like/follow/repost/etc something. The rules on this matter are clearly detailed in the site Guidelines, you can always look there for clarification.
Most reputable promotional sites/offers won't run into any such issues, since they typically don't utilize such ploys. On the other hand, sites like GiveawayOfTheDay and Gleam.io are basically rented out to the lowest subset of promoters, which is why they've such a consistent involvement with such elements.
