+1 Because I'm sure OP is going to have a night on the town with the extra ,02$ people gave him. /sarcasm The people saying he should be suspended are cold people whose defense falls to «I'm just following the rules»! or «I'm just following orders»!

Use some common sense and realise that not every rules should be followed every time.
