🆕 Update
- For people earlier with Clid the Snail Country Restriction issues, the key replacement is on the way, just waiting for Publisher to send new keys and they'll auto-replace those affected accounts (assuming IP checking on backlog)

Thank you for your continued patience. We managed to get all parties to agree to a solution.
We are waiting for the publisher to provide replacement keys.
Please bear with us as we don't have ETA on keys delivery from the publisher.
Once we have them we plan to add them automatically to the accounts affected,
so no further action will be required.

These giveaways are done most horribly. The whole queue system is abused by bots and fake people who take keys genuine people get nothing. I own a lenovo windows laptop which after 7 years finally conked. Motherboard conked due to rain moisture]. I have used Lenovo optic PC mouses too. I got no key so far. People are taking free keys giving it away here. Most do not even own a Lenovo product. People experience difficulties logging in as servers are hijacked by queues full of bot accounts. Genuine people miss eveything. Lenovo community should these giveaways and work a better system.

It must be some brutal humidity for it to kill a PC tho, I live in a place where it's not rare for it to rain a week straight and I've never had that particular issue, PC cases do lightly rust sometimes tho.

There is no limit. But the stream isn't a 24 hours stream plus it's not a daily stream. So you won't get that much points per stream anyway.

u get +10 points every 5 min, every 15 mins there a box that u need to click on to get +50(there is autoclick extension for that), for participaing in raid(which they did today) you get +250, +300 for viewing 2 streams in a row(+450 if its your 5+ stream),+300 for first cheer and +500 for gifting a sub

Yeah, that's the final Lenovo giveaway I'll ever bother with. Redeemed 1000 points, but because you had to verify a bunch of steps beforehand on gleam (even though the redemption step is first for some reason) it "wasted" the points of many people. The channel points redemption thing wasn't verifying. They promised to refund the points, but for some reason they waited till the very end of the stream to do so all while allowing people arriving in late to deplete the keys in the meantime. Really cool shit. Redeemed it within the first 5 minutes. Waited two and a half hours (granted I was watching wrestling in the meantime) and ended up with nothing.
And god, using their website is a nightmare. Logging into it takes many attempts. Connecting the account to gameplanet using the Lenovo login takes multiple attempts. It stinks. Not going to bother anymore.
