A question about the Black ops key from humble bundle from May

I traded my key with another person (gave him a humble link) and now i got a copy again after the other games were released? can somebody explain this to me? what did i miss out on?

They updated the starter edition to a full pack (which included zombies), giving everyone a new key.

Yes. Though maybe the person you previously traded it would have wanted an updated version. This "upgrade" caused some tensions with traders.
