3 hours isn't very long. Depending on your issue. Support gets hundreds of tickets to go through.

I have a couple of tickets I put in weeks ago for reasons I won't list here.

Expect to wait at least for a couple of days.

Check roles, if the issue you are asking about can only adressed by the higher moderator tiers, it might take (much) longer.
