I won Fortix game and now I see, that I dont won it?

WTF! I just 2 h ago won Fortix game giveaway and sundly I see, I dont have won nothing at all!!! WTF is posible? I was waiting for e-mail for key, and sundly in my WIN list I lost Fortix!

because the game wasn't theirs to give? or they didn't have the game.

You know, a lot of things can happen. At least SGifts covers that and refunds your points if a GA you enters is deleted.
