Best steam game (as of 9/28/2013) under 10 dollars?

I got AVGN Adventures on steam not too long ago, but I still have 10 dollars left in steam funds, and I don't know what to get. Guncraft seems promising, but there might be better options. Anyone know of any? (I own all valve games, and coupon offers count too)

To The Moon is basically a visual novel. I bought it at full price a couple of months ago. It has basically no replay value, and it's fairly short, but 100% worth the money, I can guarantee you.

The original Duke Nukem 2D sidescrollers are fun, played them as a kid on DOS. Of course they only take a couple hours to through each game (Manhattan Project is longer) so it's really your call there.
