So technically you browse giveaways and forums to make sure "bad" people don't have access to your giveaways, groups, etc. I have to ask tho, who are you exactly? I mean 7k comments, why would people care about your list ? ok, not fully understand purpose of your post and your ways of thinking, what one thing you write about have anything to do with other, but first thing first.

Nope - I'm just active in the community (not like you would understand anyway looking at your profile) - if I see someone either breaking a rules, being offensive or generally a dick - I add him/her to my BlackList. Because as a contributor (again - not like you'd understand looking at your profile again) I prefer that my gifts I spend my own money on goes to people who actually deserves them. And BL is one of the way of managing this.
I have to ask tho, who are you exactly?
I'm just a normal SG user. And like many of others I use BlackList in my giveaways. As I often make puzzles, event GAs and group ones Blacklist is pretty useful tool for me.
I mean 7k comments, why would people care about your list ?
Firstly - strong words from someone who posted whole 79 comments in over a year. And again - not like you understand with the amount of games you donated, but ppl should care because - well, simple enough if they get into Contributors blacklists they cannot win games from them.

I guess you are refering to that number of "estimated wins" in profile, right?

I don't take that number for this purpose. As example, if a user only enter Call of Duty or Tomb Raider or Bioshock Infinite giveaways, that number will grow up hyper slowly. It's just a number in function of how many entries has each giveaway entered. For this purpose, isn't totally accurated IMO.

If their estimated wins are above their real wins then than is unlucky, just from definitions.
If all they do is enter AAA games and end up with 0,1 estimated wins and 0 real wins, that has absolutely nothing to do with them being unlucky.

Many of you could wonder what am I expecting from doing this, and my answer is so simple: gratitude and see someone happy. Sadly, some users don't know what is and how to show gratitude. So far, invited users have showed a slight "thank you" and I'm happy with it, but qualifying for this giveaway doesn't necessarily means users has to demand a giveaway link. For this reason, I have rejected one applicant to this giveaway.
