It was my first experience with that kinda puzzles with brightness and i think i'll be passing all puzzles with picture-hunting and etc.

I know it and still don't know what to do, 4h wasted succesfully. Hints with the image of tires is meaningless (i mean ascii(41 53 43 49 49) after translating your binary). Can't sleep because of your puzzle. I only see in paint that you did something around the 4 tires (8 rectangles with different colors - that's probably the letters but idk how to see them through paint - i am sure not downloading photoshop for that). Thanks for your "simple" puzzle.
Also tried a lot of staff with zelgh magic - zip, decrypting your images - but nothing makes sense.
Forensically beta not helping too. String extraction jibberish too. "It's too bright" encoding - wasted too.

This is not an answer to the puzzle, nor a hint, but one thing I noticed.
In file sharing services, unless you click the download button, the server generates a "thumbnail" and displays the file as an Other image.
It's possible that you may see a different reality if you don't route through the download button.
