The best approach is just waiting for the moment. In the store page it said that they ask Ubisoft for more keys, and in a couple days they´re goint to give us the keys ( would be nice if they upgrade all the editions to deluxe for the problem).

my works fine bought it the same day they put the announcement about ubisoft discounts bought the anno 2070 too that works fine too only problem the dlc dld is super slow had to dld dif version from dif site and overwrite the existing one and works fine :D

Is anyone else affected by the error Steam keeps on displaying: "Failed to contact key server"
It seems that people who got the key from this weekends sale are getting the same thing, while others, who got it a few hours ago, can play the game.
Moreover, Support isn't answering due to the high ammount of tickets. What would be the best approach here, contact Steam Support or Ubisoft ?
