You probably heard of it, was released in 2008 and it's a TF2 demake.
Gang Garrison 2
I only heard of it last month when watching this.
It's fun to try but not fun enough for you to lose your life for, like people lost/are losing/will lose their lives for TF2.
It has no dispensers
Added "[Gang Garrison 2]" so it would show in the search results.

also it could be "Spencer" or "Penser"

Yeah, it's slow to respond and has less than 10 servers so lag is a must.
